  What Is a Trade? presents sixteen large-scale paintings that explore trade and globalization in India. Fels' conceptual starting point was Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama's 1498 voyage to Malabar, India, in search of a direct route for the spice trade.   Dale Chihuly: The Laguna Murano Chandelier

  Laguna Murano Chandelier (1996-97) is a magnificent Neo Baroque chandelier installation created by Dale Chihuly in collaboration with Italian glass masters Lino Tagliapietra and Pino Signoretto. The 1,500-square-foot, five-piece installation evokes the Muranese lagoon with its glorious golden-green tangle of appendages punctuated by opalescent white spheres and fantastical sea creatures.
